Pricing structure
Ballot Yard lease pricing is based on geographic tier, lease duration, and election cycle proximity. We do not publish specific rates publicly — pricing is a conversation that depends on your market, cycle, and volume requirements.
Geographic tiers

Election cycle premium
Slots leased within 60 days of a primary or general election carry a cycle premium above the base rate. Slots reserved more than 90 days before an election are billed at standard rates regardless of when the election occurs.
Volume structures
- Multi-slot packages: Discounts for simultaneous leasing of five or more geographic slots.
- Full-portfolio lease: All five domains in a given geography, negotiated rate.
- Annual framework agreements: For organizations running multiple cycles in a 12-month window.
Lease term minimums
Minimum lease term is 30 days. Maximum standard term is 180 days. Longer terms available for advocacy organizations; email us to discuss.
Specific pricing is not published. All rates require a platform access request and pricing proposal. Rates are locked at time of lease execution.
