What we collect
We collect organizational and contact information you submit during the access request and lease process, lease configuration data, and standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for routing and operational purposes. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data of any kind.
How we use it
We use your information to process access requests, manage lease accounts, provide support, maintain platform security, and comply with legal obligations.
Visitor data
Ballot Yard’s geo-routing infrastructure processes visitor IP addresses to determine geographic location for routing purposes. We do not retain visitor IP addresses beyond what is necessary for routing and basic server log purposes. Visitors to lessee content are your users, not ours. Any data you collect from them is your responsibility under applicable data protection law.
GDPR and CCPA
If you are subject to GDPR or CCPA obligations in connection with your use of the platform, those obligations are yours to fulfill. Ballot Yard is not your data processor for visitor data; you are the controller of any data you collect through content served on our infrastructure.
